This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at Solid Rock. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
Solid Rock Worship:
Through vocals, instruments, or audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.
This team serves people by providing an atmosphere where people can fellowship, eat, and build relationships in the Sunday evening or at special events.
This team provides friendly customer service to those who would like to purchase CDs, DVDs, and other helpful Christian resources.
The Nursery caregivers create a nurturing and enjoyable atmosphere where babies and toddlers can experience the love of Christ and be introduced to the gospel.
These mighty men prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and maintaining a distraction-free environment. Ushers provide an orderly atmosphere where effective ministry can take place. This involves set-up of the buildings, assisting needs of people, and protecting the anointing upon the service.
This team serves behind the scenes to prepare both the elements and the environment for Communion during our Communion services.
Life Group Leadership:
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Life Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.
If you are able to speak fluent Spanish and can serve by translating Sunday morning messages, we’d love to have you on our team. Translators help the message reach those who prefer to listen in Spanish.
Our team consists of various roles that help create a welcoming atmosphere during GROW sessions such as setting up refreshments, greeting guests, providing materials, and much more. GROW is a resource that helps people connect to Solid Rock. If you would like to be a part of helping people find their purpose, join our team.
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, games and more.
This energetic team connects with guests by offering a free hot cup of coffee, juice, and a warm welcome. They also prepare breakfast meals between Sunday services where friends gather to enjoy a meal before or after service.
This team connects people to the Church, providing resources and information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities and services at Solid Rock.
This team of trained intercessors covers the church and pastors in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!
Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting, and other visual elements. Media team members add to the worship experience through audio and visual production. This team also uses computers to show video presentations and worship lyrics.
These women are part of the first impressions team. They help provide an atmosphere of orderliness, love and warmth, ensuring that the service is kept in order and that everyone feels welcome.
Solid Rock Youth & Young Adults:
Join the team that is building the next generation, through dynamic worship experiences, relevant Life Groups, summer trips, and special fun event experiences.
This team prepares the tools that allow people to participate in worship during our services. Connection cards, offering envelopes and are joyfully assembled and placed each week!
Raven’s Nest Food Pantry:
This team serves people who may need temporary help with food by providing them with groceries and expressing the love of God in a practical way.
This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve the church in administrative areas like data entry, making phone calls and more.
