Solid Rock Youth

Solid Rock Youth is the youth ministry of Solid Rock Church for students 6th grade - 12th grade. Currently, Solid Rock Youth meets on Wednesday nights at 7pm at our 3035 Ayers Campus. After Praise & Worship with the whole congregation, the students will be dismissed from the auditorium to experience icebreaker games, learn the word of God, connect in small groups, enjoy free snacks, and recreational fun in our gym. Our youth ministry aims to teach relevant topics, learn the word of God, and pray for each other each week. We are a growing ministry and we're excited for all that God has in store for Solid Rock Youth!

Current Series - april 2025

OUR FOCUS THIS MONTH Jesus says that in this world we face trouble. We know that we are no strangers to heartache, hurt, toxicity, anxiety, etc. However, immediately after Jesus tells us this, he tells us we should still TAKE HEART - meaning we should have courage, be filled with joy and hope, continue having confidence - because He has overcome the world. This Easter, we look at the cross and see the symbol of victory over sin, death, and the things of this world. We can take heart and have hope because Jesus is the overcomer, and so we overcome too.

3-point contest & worship night

THREE-POINT CONTEST + WORSHIP NIGHT
We're hoopin' and hollerin' for Jesus on Wednesday, April 30 at Solid Rock Youth. We're going to let our voices be heart to Jesus in worship. We'll have some hot dogs and hot cheetos & cheese. Then, we're hosting the first ever Solid Rock Youth Three-Point Contest. Who will be crowned the champion?! Join us on Wednesday, April 30 to find out. Do you have what it takes??

Solid Rock Youth Summer Camp

IT'S TIME FOR YOUTH CAMP

Solid Rock Youth Camp has been the best thing that's happened to our youth ministry. We are so excited that we are taking our students to camp again this year! Youth Camp will be a 3-day, 2-night retreat in Yorktown, TX, located at a campsite called El Shaddai Retreat Center on July 7-9. It will be a time jam-packed with Jesus, worship nights, bonding with one another, playing basketball and volleyball, crafts, and more!
