Solid Rock Youth

Solid Rock Youth is the youth ministry of Solid Rock Church for students 6th grade - 12th grade. Currently, Solid Rock Youth meets on Wednesday nights at 7pm at our 3035 Ayers Campus. After Praise & Worship with the whole congregation, the students will be dismissed from the auditorium to experience icebreaker games, learn the word of God, connect in small groups, enjoy free snacks, and recreational fun in our gym. Our youth ministry aims to teach relevant topics, learn the word of God, and pray for each other each week. We are a growing ministry and we're excited for all that God has in store for Solid Rock Youth!

Current Series - april 2026

OUR FOCUS THIS MONTHJesus says in Mark 10:45, "The Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many." If we want to live and love like Jesus, we should live the Generous Life. We want to love others compassionately like Jesus did not just in our words but in action and in truth. This month, we're committing to giving to others through service projects and with our finances.

WATER BAPTISMS
If you've recently given your life to Jesus, getting baptized in water is the next step in your faith journey. When you get baptized, you are making a public commitment that you have decided to follow Jesus. You have turned away from your old life and now raised to your new life in Jesus Christ. Sign up to get baptized in water on Sunday, April 19 at our Ayers Campus or Sunday, April 26 at our Yorktown Campus.

Solid Rock Youth Summer Camp

ANOTHER YEAR. READY FOR ANOTHER YOUTH CAMP.

Summer Camp has been the best thing that has happened for our youth ministry. Solid Rock Youth is stronger and more connected to Jesus because of youth camp. This year, we're heading to a brand-new campsite in Huntsville, TX on June 26-June 29. Through the grace of God, we've grown each year so we had to find a campsite that could accommodate our numbers. This new campsite, located at Carolina Creek Camp (part of the Camp Cho-Yeh family), has all new amenities - including: a massive lake with canoes and kayaks, a zip line, a ropes adventure course, a giant swing, and more. There will also be the classics: a basketball pavilion, volleyball area, swimming pool, and more. Additionally, we are adding an extra day to our stay. The price is $279/person - which includes everything. We also have a special Solid Rock Youth discount if you attend Wednesday night youth, which brings down the price to $179/person. You can qualify for this discount if your student has at least 12 check-ins during the 2025-2026 school year.
