Prayer to soar

Day 21 - January 22, 2022

Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:31

This the year for God’s people to soar on wings like eagles.

Lord, we declare, according to Isaiah 40:31, that this will be a year of renewal. We will soar on wings like eagles. You will renew our strength and energy. We make an exchange with You, and give You our weariness and our tiredness. In exchange, we receive your strength and power. Jesus, You said, “Come unto me all of you who are weary and heavy burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We take off the old clothes of being weary, tired, discouraged, and worn out to receive the new clothes in our minds and hearts of fresh power, new energy, and readiness to move forward by Your grace. We choose to repent of old mindsets, and You will give us a new change of mind, that leads to a change of heart, that leads to a change of behavior. With fresh power from on high, we will see the world differently, and it will change our hearts and change what we do. We give you our sins, weaknesses, shortcomings, weariness, hurts, and pains. In exchange, we receive Your power, love, peace, forgiveness, and favor in order to live differently and make the world a better place. As we hope and wait upon You, You will enable us to soar even in the midst of struggles, challenges, and crisis. We will soar in the midst of day to day demands. We will soar, escalate, and rise above the storms of life. In your strength, we will fly like an eagle above the storms of life and glide with supernatural power. Because we are soaring, we will see things from a different and better perspective. We will see and do things we’ve never done before. We hope and trust in You for our families, careers, relationships, finances, health, ministry and everything else. You will renew us so that we may run and not be weary. We will walk and not faint. We will run the race with perseverance marked out for us as we keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). We decree and declare that this is the Year to Soar! In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Prayer for our future

Day 20 - January 21, 2022

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11

The Lord assures us that He has good things in store for us.

Lord, You are good and Your mercy endures forever. Thank You that Your plans for us are full of peace and prosperity. It is not just one plan but many plans that are good! Your plans are for our welfare and full of joy. In this world we will have tribulation but we are of good cheer, for You have overcome the world (John 16:33) and Your good plans will prevail in us. In a world of bad news and pessimism, You have promised us a future and a hope. Our future looks good. Tomorrow will be better than today! Our next chapters of life will get better and better. You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek you (Hebrews 11:6). Your thoughts for us are always good. We declare that we are a blessed people who belong to You. With You, all is good, all is blessing. Therefore, we look forward to the future. We have so much to live for. In You, we live, move, and have our being (Acts 17:28). We anticipate Your supernatural intervention and favor in our lives. We pray and declare that our hearts are filled with expectation and joy because of Your promises that guarantee our future is full of prosperity and hope. All of Your promises are yes and amen to us! (2 Corinthians 1:20) We will not live in despair but we are a people of faith, hope, and love. You who began a good work in us will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). We are Your workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works (Ephesians 2:10). Our steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23). We trust in Your good plans, plans to prosper us and not harm us, plans to give us a hope and a future! In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Our father in Heaven

Day 19 - January 20, 2022

Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
Matthew 6:9

The Lord’s prayer found in Matthew 6:9-13 is a prayer that can change your world in 20 seconds. When we pray the Lord’s prayer, we are praying with Jesus. We will use the Lord’s prayer as a pattern or outline for prayer. Our Father in heaven…We praise and thank you that we are Your children because of Your Son Jesus who went to the cross and now we are adopted into Your family (Romans 8:15). Hallowed be Your name…we worship and exalt Your name. Your name is Victory, Healer, Provider, Righteousness, and so much more. Your name has given us authority and power over the enemy (Luke 10:19). In your name the sick are healed (Mark 16:18). Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Kingdom of God come (righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit). Will of God be done in us, our families, our church and our community. Your will is salvation, spiritual formation, and becoming more like Christ (Romans 8:29). Your will is that we are healed, whole, and prospering in all areas that we might bless others. Give us today our daily bread…give us provision and sustenance as we rely on You as our source. You are the Lord our shepherd and we lack nothing (Psalm 23:1). And forgive us our debts…forgive us of our sins, shortcomings, and faults. Thank You that if we confess our sins You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). As we also have forgiven our debtors…Lord we choose to forgive those who have offended us. Free us from the poison and bondage of bitterness (Hebrews 12:15) as we forgive others who have hurt us. As you have forgiven us, we forgive one another (Ephesians 4:32). And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. We command the devil to flee as we depend on the Holy Spirit, submit to You, and resist him with the weapons of our warfare (2 Corinthians 10:4). Thank You that we have the power of our spiritual weapons: the name of Jesus, the Word of God, and the blood of Jesus to rebuke and destroy the works of the devil. We declare that we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen

Prayer for Relationships

Day 18 - January 19, 2022

But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
Joshua 24:15

Lord, thank You that we are blessed with great relationships. We believe and declare that we are blessed in our family. We are blessed in our friendships. We declare and ask you to bless our marriages, and make them strong and healthy. We pray that in our homes there would be great joy, and not constant sorrow. We pray that our children would be happy at home. We pray that they feel loved, accepted, and feel close to us. We ask that in our marriages and families that there would be respect, kindness, honor, and humility towards one another. Teach us to be better at communicating with one another. May your love and peace fill the atmosphere in our homes. Remove strife, division, selfishness, harsh words, petty arguments, and hurtful actions. We live and walk in unity and and agreement. Put a shield of protection around our marriages and families as we declare that our house and our families belong to You! Our homes are holy ground! Give us healthy friendships that bring warmth, strength, support, and joy. Bring divine appointments that will lead to happy and fruitful relationships. May we think less of ourselves and more of others. We choose to walk in love. Bless our marriages, families, and friendships. All of our relationships we submit to You and ask you to cause them to grow and excel. Let love overflow in all of our relationships! In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Prayer for Abundance

Day 17 - January 18, 2022

I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
John 10:10

Lord, we thank You for the promise of abundance in all things. You are a generous God and we receive the abundant life. We declare that we are blessed with abundance, success, promotion, and that everything we put our hand to will prosper this year. As Your word declares we will be above and not beneath, the head and not the tail. We are lenders not borrowers. (Deuteronomy 28) Because we tithe we live under an open heaven where you are opening the floodgates to bless us with abundance. You will bring an abundance of ideas, concepts, and insights that we may succeed and see increase in all areas of life. Supernatural favor, provision, and increase are coming to us. Blessings in abundance are looking for us as we encounter opportunities, connections, resources, and divine appointments with the right people. We declare that overflow blessing is coming as our cup runs over (Psalm 23:5). You are the good Shepherd who leads us to greener pastures and supplies all that we need and more. You are able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think, and dream or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). We do not live in lack or shortage. We live in abundance. We have abundant provision, abundant joy, abundant peace, abundant health, abundant protection, abundant love, and so much more. Thank You that as you bless us with abundance we are blessed to be a blessing to others. I speak success, prosperity, health, wealth, creativity, righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. According to Deuteronomy 28, I am blessed in the city and in the field. I am blessed when I come and when I go! I am fruitful and lack no good thing. I am blessed abundantly socially, financially, spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and intellectually. My family is blessed! My workplace is blessed! My church is blessed! In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Prayer for unity

Day 16 - January 17, 2022

How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity.
Psalm 133:1

According to this Psalm, the Lord bestows His blessing and life forevermore when we live in unity. Let us pray for God to unite us in love and harmony with others. As we love and serve one another, we give dignity and value to each other. Our nation is in need of healing and unity. Martin Luther King said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is ‘What are you doing for others?’” Let us pray that God give us the grace to love and serve one another. Father, we thank you for Your unconditional love. For God You so loved the world that You gave Your one and only Son so that we would receive eternal life (John 3:16). Jesus, You prayed that we would be one, just as You and the Father are one. You prayed that we would come into complete unity (John 17:21-23). We pray that we would be one and come into complete unity. Remove division, strife, bitterness, and hate. Remove prejudice, favoritism, jealousy, and envy. Let us walk in love and peace with one another. May we love You with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength and love our neighbor as ourselves. (Mark 12:30-31). We choose to forgive one another and to be kind and loving in all we do. May Your people act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You (Micah 6:8). We pray for healing and reconciliation in our land. Teach us to be slow to speak, slow to become angry, and quick to listen (James 1:19). Lord may we treat every person as someone created in Your image and likeness. Thank You for the power of unity and agreement as we come together in Your name. Jesus You said if two people agree on anything we ask for, it will be done by the Father (Matthew 18:19). We pray that we would be known as Your disciples by our love for one another (John 13:35. Thank You for giving us diversity and unity as the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12). Give us unity in vision and purpose as we advance Your kingdom through the church. We pray for unity and love in our church and community in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Prayer to be still

Day 15 - January 16, 2022

Be still and know that I am God.
Psalm 46:10

Let us pray that we would be still and trust God as our refuge and our helper.

Lord, we acknowledge that You are God. As God, You know all things and have all power and might. Therefore we know that You are in charge of all things, and You are especially the God of my life. You are in charge of my life. We know that You are the Lord who is God; it is You who made us, we are Your people, the sheep of Your pasture (Psalm 100:3). You defend Your people. So we chose to trust in You and stop striving. We choose to let go, let God, and surrender completely to You. God You are our refuge. We take comfort in letting go and resting in You O mighty God to provide help, strength, and safety. Jesus You spoke to the storm and to the huge waves “Peace, be still!” The storm and the waves obeyed You and stopped immediately. We declare that all fearful and anxious thoughts to be still and quiet down, just as You Jesus calmed the sea. We speak to our storms, our fearful and anxious thoughts, to be still. We choose to be still so that we can receive Your love, peace, and guidance. We speak to our fearful and anxious thoughts and say “Peace, be still.” We choose to be still, wait upon You, and rest in You mighty God, our refuge. You are God. You are Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. You are my strength and my help. We repent of busyness that stops us from being still to worship You and come into Your presence. We choose to stop, listen, and be still and know that You are God. We worship You O mighty God. In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Prayer for Comfort

Day 14 - January 15, 2022

The God of all comfort will comfort us in our time of trouble so that we will be able to comfort others who are in trouble, with the same comfort that we ourselves are comforted with by the Lord.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4

Let us pray that God would comfort us in the time of trouble so that we may comfort others in their time of trouble.

Lord, thank You that You comfort us so that we can comfort others. You bless us that we might be a blessing to others. You give us joy that we may pass on joy to others. Your strength is being poured into us so that we may share strength with others. Thank You that as we have freely received, freely we give (Matthew 10:8). You have shown us compassion so that we may care for others. We declare that we are a caring and giving people so that we may bring healing to the hurting. Lord You deliver us from all of our troubles so that we may comfort anyone that is in trouble looking for help. Thank You God that You are no respecter of persons. I am ready and willing to receive Your help and comfort in my time of trouble. I am ready and willing to give help and comfort to others in their time of trouble. We are made free and transformed by Your goodness and grace so that we can set captives free, heal the brokenhearted, and give love to those who are in pain. We are overflowing with Your love and power that we may love and serve others in their time of need. You have comforted us in our time of affliction and we will comfort others in their time of affliction. We put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Because You have brought us out of our depression and into Your joy we are ready to share hope, joy, and gladness to those in depression. You are the source of our joy and comfort always. In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Prayer for peace

Day 13 - January 14, 2022

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
Colossians 3:15

Peace is knowing that everything is going to be all right even when everything doesn’t seem or feel like it’s all right. Let’s pray to the Prince of Peace Jesus!

Jesus, we acknowledge that You are the Prince of Peace! We praise You because You are Lord of lords and King of kings! We choose to be settled and calm as we completely trust in You. You came to bring peace to a world in turmoil and disruption. Lord, we thank You that we have peace because of Your forgiveness of our sins through your sacrifice on the cross. We are now reconciled to You. Through the blood of the cross, Jesus You have made peace with God for us and You are our peace. We come to You with confidence. We have peace because of our sonship. You have received us into your family and we are Your adopted sons and daughters. We have the peace that as children of God, Father You watch over us, provide for us, lead us, and guide us. We are heirs, and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ! I know who I am, why I’m here, and where I’m going and I have peace in my heart. Lord I submit to You what I cannot control. And by Your Spirit you give me self-control over things I can control. I trust in you with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding. In all my ways, I submit to You, and You will make my paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Your peace rules in my heart. Because my mind is governed by the Spirit I have life and peace (Romans 8:6). All is well. All is calm. You are my peace. I declare Shalom over my life, peace and prosperity in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Put on the full armor of god

Day 12 - January 13, 2022

Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
Ephesians 6:11

Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. I encourage you to read the entire passage found in Ephesians 6:10-18 that describes the armor of God. We need the armor so that we can stand firm, not against the power of the devil, but against the schemes of the devil. You have power and authority over the enemy! Don’t let him deceive you. Pray the supernatural armor of God on yourself. Lord we put on the belt of truth (v.14), the Word of God. We hold on tightly to Your word and Your promises. You are the truth! We cling tightly to You Jesus. We put on the breastplate of righteousness (v.14) knowing that we are in right standing with You, loved, accepted, and secure in You. We cast down the accusations and condemnation of the enemy as we protect our heart with the breastplate of righteousness. We are the righteousness of God (2 Cor. 5:21) and walk in those rights and privileges. Our feet are fitted with the gospel of peace (v.15) that leads us to walk in peace and stay in peace. We hold up the shield of faith (v.16) as we declare that You are working on our behalf in every circumstance. Thank you that every flaming arrow of the enemy is extinguished. No weapon formed against us will prosper! We wear the helmet of salvation to protect our minds from negative thoughts and deception. We declare and remember that we are Your beloved children. You are good and have good plans for us (Jeremiah 29:11). We uphold the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, which grants us authority and dominion to live in victory and defeat the enemy! Thank You that we win and overcome with these weapons, Your Word, the name of Jesus, and the blood of Jesus! In Jesus mighty name, Amen!

Prayer to Grow in the word

Day 11 - January 12, 2022

God loves you dearly, and He has called you to be his very own people.
Romans 1:7

God created us to be loved and accepted by Him and others. The enemy uses rejection to keep us in bondage.

Lord we come against the pain of rejection that leads to strongholds and bondage. We come against the strategy of Satan to make us isolated, bitter, angry, and full of hate. We come against the spirit of rejection from generational influences or from life events where we have been neglected or abused. We claim healing from the memories of hurtful words. Thank You Lord that You receive me (Psalm 27:10). I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). You have raised me up with Christ to be seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:6). If God You are for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31) We are accepted by You God not for who we are or what we do but we are accepted because of who You are. You are good. I thank You that I am accepted by You, admired by You, and I have your full and unconditional love. We turn from every lie, known and unknown, that we have believed, that has given the spirit of rejection any power in our lives. We choose to forgive everyone who has hurt us in the past. We choose today to be a forgiving people. We are chosen and loved by You so much that You gave us Your Son. I am healed. I am loved, I am accepted by You. Therefore I am free and blessed! In Jesus mighty name! Amen.

Prayer For Acceptance

Day 10 - January 11, 2022

Jesus answered, “It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”
Matthew 4:4

One of the essentials of our Christian faith is to grow in the Word of God.

Jesus, when you overcame temptation from the devil You used the mighty Word of God as a powerful weapon. Lord we declare that we do not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). So we choose to feed on Your Word daily. We thank You that we have the Word of God as the sword of the Spirit to overcome the enemy and stand strong in the Lord (Ephesians 6:17).  By Your Word show us Your ways, teach us Your paths (Psalm 25:4). We love Your Word and meditate on it all day long (Psalm 119:97). We choose to keep it in front of us, reflecting, thinking, and applying it to our daily life. Thank You that Your Word speaks to us and changes us. We declare we are not just hearers of the Word but doers of the Word and therefore we are free and blessed (James 1:22-25). We speak and declare Your Word over area of life including our families, our health, our finances, our careers, our church, and our community. We choose to listen to Your Word, study Your Word, share Your Word, and grow in Your Word. Your Word is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged word penetrating even to dividing soul and spirit judging our thoughts and attitudes of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). I receive Your promise that as I meditate upon Your Word I will be like a tree planted by streams of water which yields its fruit in season, and whatever I do prospers (Psalm 1:3). As I live and obey Your Word I thank You that I will be successful and prosperous wherever I go (Joshua 1:7-8). I am growing in Your Word in Jesus mighty name! Amen.

Prayer to Flourish

Day 9 - January 10, 2022

The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green, proclaiming, “The Lord is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.”
Psalm 92:12-15

Psalm 92 promises us that the righteous will flourish in life. There are a few things we can learn here to pray that we may flourish. Verses 12-15 teach us that the righteous will flourish.

Thank You Lord that we, Your righteous people, are promised to flourish in life. We will flourish and be prosperous and full of kingdom purpose. We will flourish full of kingdom joy and kingdom passion. We declare that we are flourishing and healthy, growing, and bearing good fruit. Lord, we declare that we are planted in Your house through the local church and therefore, we will flourish in Your courts. We are planted, connected, and grounded in the local church. We will flourish as we are planted in good soil, thriving in our gifts and talents as we serve You and one another. Lord, we declare that we are established and stable in You and in Your house. We give our time, money, energy, resources, and commitment to You and Your house. Thank You that through the local church we are nourished, watered, and fed and flourishing in Your house. Our hearts are prepared. Our hearts are soft and tender, open to the Holy Spirit as we receive the good seed of the Word of God. As You remain in us, and Your words remain in us, we ask whatever we wish, and it will be done. This is for Your glory that we bear much fruit showing ourselves to be Your disciples (John 15:7-8). We will flourish like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither-whatever we do prospers (Psalm 1:3). Your Word declares that the righteous will flourish like the palm tree. Through the storms of life we will bend and bend but we will not break just like the palm tree. We are planted in the house of the Lord, and we will flourish in the courts of our God. We will bear fruit even in old age, and we will stay fresh and green (Psalm 92:12-14). We are prosperous, fruitful, and thriving that we might be blessed to be a blessing to others. We pray this in Jesus mighty name! Amen.

Prayer to overcome

Day 8 - January 9, 2022

Senseless people do not know, fools do not understand, that though the wicked spring up like grass and all evildoers flourish, they will be destroyed forever. But you, Lord, are forever exalted. For surely your enemies, Lord, surely your enemies will perish; all evildoers will be scattered. You have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox; fine oils have been poured on me. My eyes have seen the defeat of my adversaries; my ears have heard the rout of my wicked foes.
Psalm 92:6-11

Psalm 92 promises us that the righteous will flourish in life. There are a few things we can learn here to pray that we may flourish. Verses 6-11 teach us that the righteous are an overcoming people.

Lord thank You that my enemies are senseless and foolish. My spiritual enemies will be scattered and defeated. The devil and all his demons are defeated and powerless against me. I am strong like the wild ox. You have given me power and authority over Satan and all wickedness. No weapon formed against me will prosper. Thank You Lord that I am able to wrestle against principalities and powers of darkness and I am able to stand my ground! I am winning victories over demons, victories over circumstances that seem overwhelming. Thank You that I am equipped to win with Your armor. I declare that “If God be for me, who can be against me?” You have exalted my strength, my power and my honor. I have been anointed by Your Spirit for empowerment and enablement. I am anointed and empowered to serve as a king, priest, or prophet. I have the anointing of the Holy Spirit to overcome. Because of the anointing all fear is banished. The anointing equips me to overcome temptation. I am planted in You and I am victorious as an overcomer through the power of God. Thank You Lord that You are for me and You desire that we be a people who overcome with victory. I am more than a conqueror, a champion, a winner, an overcomer in Jesus mighty name! Amen.

It is good to praise the Lord and make music to your name, O Most High, proclaiming your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night, to the music of the ten-stringed lyre and the melody of the harp. For you make me glad by your deeds, Lord; I sing for joy at what your hands have done. How great are your works, Lord, how profound your thoughts!

Every morning I give You praise and thank You for your new mercies. You are tender, compassionate, caring and kind. I worship You because You have redeemed me, saved me, given me eternal life, blessed me with countless gifts and promises. Prayer for Divine Health

Day 6 - January 7, 2022

Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.
3 John 2

It is the desire of God for you to live in divine health and not be sick so that you can do the will of God unhindered. Let us pray for those who are sick and need the supernatural healing power of Christ for their bodies.

Lord we bless your holy name and thank you that You heal us of all diseases (Psalm 103:3). In Jesus mighty name, we declare that by Your stripes we are completely and totally healed (1 Peter 2:24). Thank You that healing power is available to all of Your children. We are redeemed from the curse of sickness, and we refuse to tolerate its symptoms. Rebuke the sickness and disease hindering us from doing Your will. Let every germ, virus, bacteria, cancerous cell, poison, pain, wound, or disease working against the health of your children be neutralized by the power of the blood of Jesus (Revelation 12:11). No evil and no plague or calamity shall come near our dwelling. I confess the Word of God and I am whole in body, soul, and spirit. Keep us in good health so that our bodies may not be hindered from doing the work that you have called us to do while we now have the opportunity (John 9:4). Stretch forth Your mighty hand and heal us supernaturally. We see ourselves walking in divine health. I stand immovable and fixed in full assurance that I have health and healing now! Lord thank you that we are healed and whole, nothing missing, nothing broken, but strong and healthy. We thank you in advance and give you all the glory in Jesus mighty name! Amen.

Prayer for wisdom

Day 5 - January 6, 2022

The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
Proverbs 4:7

Wisdom is seeing life from God’s perspective. Let us pray for His wisdom and understanding.

Lord You declare in Your Word that if any of us lack wisdom we should ask for it and it will be generously given to us! (James 1:5) Give us the ability to discern with people, circumstances, opportunities, and situations. Give us insight to see life from Your perspective. Your Word declares that wisdom is supreme. We thank You that through wisdom we walk in the fullness of Your blessing. Just as You told to Solomon to pray for whatever he wanted, and he prayed for wisdom above all, we too ask You for wisdom. We apply the wisdom of the Word of God to our daily living. May we discover the wisdom of Biblical solutions to our problems. Thank You that through wisdom our future looks better and brighter. You will give us wisdom to know what to do in the situations of life. With wisdom we will do what Jesus would do. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10) so we choose to worship You and reverence You almighty God! We welcome teaching, training, correction, and even rebuke so that we may grow in wisdom. Thank You that through wisdom we receive favor, promotion, wealth and honor. We continually look to Your Word, the Bible, as our source of wisdom. The principles of Your Word bring wisdom. Jesus, You are wisdom personified. We seek and receive more of You Jesus! By Your wisdom we will be empowered to make good decisions in life. Wisdom come! Understanding come! We value and treasure Your wisdom Lord and we receive it in abundance! Therefore we are blessed, strong, and successful because of Your wisdom. In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen!

Prayer for strength for the weak

Day 4 - January 5, 2022

Let the weak say, I am strong.
Joel 3:10

Lord we pray against fatigue, weariness, and being tired. We choose to fight the good fight of faith knowing we win! Your Word declares in Galatians 6:9 that we will not become weary in doing good. In due season we will reap and be rewarded. I receive your power and strength for today. I thank You that Your divine strength is available to me especially when I feel weary or weak. I say with confidence and courage “I am strong right now in the Lord.” I will not speak weakness or fear. I say with my mouth continually that “I am strong”. Fear be gone! Fatigue and weariness be gone! Weakness be gone! Strength, courage and power come in Jesus name! Renew my energy and strength Lord. Thank You Lord that You have made me a warrior, a champion, a powerful fighter, and an overcomer! I am more than a conqueror! (Romans 8:37) My strength is in You Lord. You are the source of my energy. As Your Word declares in Isaiah 45:24, in You I have strength and deliverance. When I am weak You make me strong! I say again “I am strong in the Lord my God.” In Jesus mighty powerful name! Amen.

Prayer for Guidance & Direction

Day 3 - January 4, 2022

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
Psalm 32:8 NIV

God promises you that He will instruct you and counsel you to have guidance and direction.

Lord we thank You that guidance and direction come from You. We will make good decisions because You will lead us with good advice and counsel. Because You will instruct us we will make intelligent, skillful, sharp decisions. God thank You for looking out for our best interests. You are my mentor and teacher. You show me the way in which I should go. I know You will lead me in the right direction. Lord You promised that You would not leave us as orphans but instead You would send the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, to accompany us. Thank You that I will not miss the mark because of Your guidance. God I am at peace because Your eyes are upon me and You walk with me guiding me every step of the way. You are my help and my comfort. Teach me Your way. Show me your perfect way. I am Yours and You are mine. Your way is the best way for me. I will follow Your guidance and direction. I pray this in Jesus mighty name! Amen.

Forget the past & reach forward

Day 2 - January 3, 2022

Forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead.
Philippians 3:13

This verse is telling us that we can turn away from dwelling on our ugly past and we can begin to courageously look into the good future the Lord has for us.

Lord, we thank you that we are no longer chained to our past memories that have bound us to our past. Because of Your precious blood, our old life and our past is completely washed away. Thank You that we are free from guilt, shame, and condemnation (Romans 8:1). We give you praise that by Your abundant grace we are a new creation in Christ Jesus. Old things are passed away and all things become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17) You have forgotten our sins, mistakes, and failures so we choose not to dwell on our past. Instead, we reach forward to those things that are ahead. We step into our destiny knowing that You have good plans for us, plans to prosper us, and give us a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11) The best is yet to come as you finish what you started in us. Thank you for the hope of Christ that tells us tomorrow will be better than today. We choose not to worry but to thank You in advance that our steps are ordered by You. (Psalm 37:23) We choose to reach forward to the good that lies ahead as we trust in Your abundant goodness. Your plans and purposes are bigger than we can even imagine. Thank You Lord that the chains of the past are broken and we are free to get on with what you have called us to do! In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen!

God's Care All Year Long

Day 1 - January 2, 2022

From the beginning of the year to the very end of the year.
Deuteronomy 11:12 NKJV

Let us pray to start this new year with a heart of faith and trust in our good God. God promises to watch over us and protect us from the first day of the year to the last day of the year.

God thank You for the promise that You are always with us from the beginning of this year to the very last day of the year. We thank You for caring for us, our every situation, our surroundings, our families as a good, good Father. You watch over us with your eyes giving us protection to walk in our divine purpose every day of this year. Thank you Father that you never sleep or slumber (Psalm 121:4). Your eyes are always upon us. Your presence is with us wherever we go. You are concerned about our homes, our families, our children, our transportation, our jobs, our careers, our finances, our health, our church, and for our safety. Nothing escapes from your care and oversight. We pray that our hearts be filled with faith and assurance that you watch over us and lead us because we are Your beloved children. We are special to You and You think about us every single day. Thank you Father that knowing you care and watch over us all the year long gives us perfect peace as we completely trust in you every single day… “from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year.” So we face this new year with hope, faith, expectation, joy, and peace! In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen!
